Enes Ljuca
Investment Team
Enes has solid investment and advisory experience from private equity and corporate finance. He has held roles at CBRE Investment Management in London and Deloitte Corporate Finance in Stockholm. He has also served on the boards of Norled and Connect Bus, contributing expertise in transport and infrastructure.
What made you join Consolid?
The opportunity to build something long-term with a highly driven team, and to partner with companies that make a real impact in their sectors. Consolid’s hands-on approach is a great fit with how I like to work.
How would your colleagues describe you?
Structured, calm under pressure, and genuinely curious. I try not to stop at the obvious questions and I’m not afraid to challenge established industry thinking.
What’s something unexpected that shapes how you think about investing?
Board work has taught me a lot about long-term planning, operational complexity, and the value of resilient systems; lessons I apply every day in my work with Consolid’s companies.
Ann Krumlinde
Chair of the Board
Ann Krumlinde brings extensive leadership experience from the banking and finance sector, including her role as CEO of Danske Bank in Sweden. She currently serves as Chair of the Board at Landshypotek Bank and Väderstad AB and holds positions on several other boards across sectors such as climate tech, agri-machinery, and energy transition.
What made you join Consolid?
I was drawn to Consolid’s long-term perspective and its emphasis on trust and entrepreneurship. This philosophy aligns well with my approach to leadership and business.

Vincent Collin
Investment Team and Head of Investor Relations
Vincent Collin joined the firm ahead of inception of the first fund in 2019, coming from a background in corporate finance. He has been involved from start to finish in several of Consolid’s investments and has overseen the fundraising of both Fund II and Fund III.
What made you join Consolid?
I was drawn to Consolid because of its disciplined yet unconventional approach to investing. Our model allows us to move decisively while staying deeply involved in each investment, which creates a meaningful opportunity to drive lasting value.
